Job summary

CACI is seeking a Field Service Representative to maintain various PEO Soldier systems at Fort Benning, GA. The role requires installing, repairing and troubleshooting electronic systems, plus delivering programs of instruction to military customers.

Ideal candidates hold an Active Secret Clearance, with prior military experience (Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred) and an Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent with 7 years of related work experience. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Prior military experience; Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred.
• AA/AS or equivalent with minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (OCONUS/CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs and issues.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner by managing time effectively.
• Perform site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting, and system checks.
• Perform small-scale equipment moves, adds, or changes as needed.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training in operational environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they occur.
• Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
