Job summary

Wiese is seeking an experienced Service Technician in Wichita, KS to repair material handling equipment including forklifts and aerial lifts. You will diagnose issues, obtain customer approvals, and complete service orders while prioritizing safety.

The role requires strong multitasking, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with modern equipment and learn company software to complete online work orders.

Responsibilities

• Actively support, promote and lead safety initiatives. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Work safe at all times and report any unsafe work or work environments to management.
• Troubleshooting customer equipment problems. Confer with and obtain approval from the customer before making repairs
• Completing and submitting all required paperwork.
• Providing the best possible customer service, including offering additional Wiese services, added-value items and equipment based on potential customer needs
