As a Field Service Technician in our San Jose, CA service territory, your primary role will be to provide maintenance and repair services at customer sites, following manufacturer instructions and applying your knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.

• You will leverage your technical expertise to perform scheduled maintenance on a variety of high-tech medical devices and equipment.
• While performing your duties, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations, regulatory policies, internal procedures, and work instructions.
• Military avionics or electro-mechanical experience will be highly valued.
• Your interpersonal skills and customer focus will be essential, as you will instruct customer personnel on the operation and proper use of equipment.
• Your ability to prioritize and adapt to changing schedules will be critical, especially when responding to emergency repair requests.

In addition to daily challenges, we offer competitive pay, benefits, extensive training, a company vehicle program, and tools such as a credit card and phone. The base salary ranges from $39/hr to $45/hr, depending on experience.
