Job Title: Lead Field Service Technician - Installs

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise and support field installation crews on-site, ensuring proper execution of installation plans.
• Coordinate project timelines, material deliveries, equipment setup, and subcontractor activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with project standards and codes.
• Serve as the on-site liaison between the customer, project management, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot field issues and escalate critical items as necessary.
• Maintain daily reports, site logs, and progress documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures and lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of field installation experience in mechanical, HVAC, or electrical systems.
• Prior leadership experience on job sites required.
• Strong understanding of installation practices, tools, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Travel Expectation: Approximately 30%–50%
