Job summary

General Parts Group in College Station, TX is hiring a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants within your area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, and manage parts installation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• EPA certification required for refrigeration techs.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
