Job summary

The COATS Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, train, and repair our tire and wheel service equipment. You’ll become a specialist with our Coats®, BaseLine™, and Ammco® products and guide customers in proper usage.

You will complete a four‑week training program—two weeks in the field with an experienced tech and two weeks in Nashville—aiming to ensure you thrive in the role. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (technical degree a plus).
• 1–2 years in mechanical/electrical installation or repair.
• Proficient in electrical systems and comfortable with tech.
• Strong customer service skills and a safety-first attitude.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record with a legal state driving license.
• Comfortable calling out unsafe conditions encountered during work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform stooping, kneeling, bending.
• Able to drive daily in assigned territory.
