Job summary

AMADA AMERICA, INC. seeks a field service technician to support customers with Amada Press Brakes, including installation, service, and training (operational, programming, software, and application) and related equipment such as Punch Press and Shears.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, reading blueprints, completing service reports, strong English communication, and traveling within assigned territories; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires problem-solving across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret layout drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and train customers on Amada equipment and related machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues, complete service and expense reports.
• Travel within assigned territories; lift up to 50 lbs.
