Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service & Install Technician to perform preventive maintenance and on-site repairs of carwash equipment, including electrical and PLC systems. The role includes training customers and assisting with new equipment installations under light supervision.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in the field, be proficient with MS Office, read electrical diagrams, and communicate clearly with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant field experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoots chemical, mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.
• Provides on-site technical training for customer personnel.
• Assists in installation of new carwash equipment.
• Maintains tools and on-site equipment; ensures safety and compliance.
• Interfaces with customers and company personnel to ensure clear communication.
