Job summary

Pure Air Filtration, LLC, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to install, start up, maintain, troubleshoot, and support customers across North America. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and involves equipment commissioning, media changeouts, room sealing, and training.

At the company's headquarters, you will assist with fabrication, assembly, testing, and production support, while spending 60-80% on-site with customers and 20-40% in-house.

Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent experience in industrial service.
• Minimum 3–5 years in field service, mechanical maintenance, or related tech roles.
• Ability to read drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including installation, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting on customer equipment.
• Document service reports, inspections, and communications with customers.
• Provide training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Assist with engineering data collection and product improvements.
• Support retrofit projects, equipment upgrades, and field modifications as directed.
• Travel to customer sites across North America and work with manufacturing teams when not onsite.
