Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an Industrial & Controls Field Service Representative to provide field service and maintenance for water treatment systems across diverse industrial applications. This role requires on-site work Monday–Friday with on-call nights and weekends as needed, and involves troubleshooting, calibration, and coordinating with customer teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• At least 1 year of Instrument and Controls OR mechanical repair experience.
• At least 1 year of Electrical install, repair, and maintenance including PLC programming and 480V 3-Phase repair.
• Electrical Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Carry out electrical, mechanical, and controls troubleshooting on valves, air compressors, pumps, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings (P&IDs, schematics).
• Maintain electrical switchgear and power distribution systems.
• Identify safety and environmental concerns and address them.
• Mentor and train customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Oversee work by third parties and ensure contract compliance.
