Job DescriptionJob Description Our client in Arlington, TX is growing and seeking aField Service Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites throughout Texas. You'll respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, or a related field, who can work independently and effectively manage service priorities.

• HVAC, mechanical maintenance, construction or field service operations experience
• Experience responding to maintenance and service requests
• Stable employment history
• 10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field .
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Special Requirements: There will be travel to Phoenix up to once a month an entire week and/or California for several days.
