The Field Service Technician III will be responsible for exceeding customer experience expectations at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excel in customer service. If you think quickly, have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adventure, we want you on our team. You will collaborate daily with internal partners to address service needs and coordinate with Service, Vehicle, Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role requires a dynamic leader with superb communication skills who fosters cross-functional collaboration and promotes continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and a creative, flexible approach to challenges. Experience in automotive repair, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is advantageous.
