We may have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Field Service Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on tactical or commercial diesel platforms and is capable of supporting new vehicle launch activities on programs such as the JLTV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle) and other multi‑vehicle configurations. This role requires strong diagnostic abilities and detailed documentation of root cause, repair actions, and engineering issues.
You’ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You’ll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training. This is a DEPLOY ONLY role working overseas on a 90 day rotation basis.

This position requires current/active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non‑U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
