Hammond Power Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site technical support, travel with customers, diagnose transformer issues, and deliver practical solutions across North America and beyond.

You will collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and technicians, working on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Formación

• Technical diploma or degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience servicing transformers, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical testing, troubleshooting, and power systems.

Responsabilidades

• Travel across North America and internationally to support customers in the field.
• Diagnose issues, provide technical solutions, and build trust with customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality specialists, and other field technicians to solve problems.
• Support commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities at customer sites.
