The role requires 3–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read and follow written materials and training.

Regular business hours with occasional night/weekend shifts; training opportunities and path to growth within Ring Power.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years experience as a field technician preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety policies and wear proper PPE; maintain tools and documentation of repairs.
• Inspect components, monitor repair costs, and document work in the LMS or appropriate software.
• Enter and monitor repair times and costs, and communicate variances to supervisor.
• Train and mentor others in department and contribute to process improvements.
