Job summary

Komline seeks a skilled Service Technician for onsite installation and maintenance of separation equipment in the Michigan region. You will perform installation, start-up, and field repairs, with emphasis on PLC programming and test validation on customer sites.

You will train operators and maintenance staff, review electrical/plumbing diagrams, and coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure service quality and timely reporting. Strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree or practical equivalent in electronics or manufacturing technology.
• 3–5 years of maintenance/repair experience in an automation environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings; troubleshoot safely.

Responsibilities

• Install and start up new machines and complete lines at customer sites.
• Perform onsite repairs and test repaired items to ensure compliance with specs.
• Provide technical advice to customers and oversee contractors/technicians on site.
