Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Field Service Technician to service and maintain laboratory equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, read wiring diagrams, and use testing equipment to ensure proper operation.

This role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and a safety-first mindset. The position involves on-site work, occasional overtime, and on-call duties, with focus on maintaining high-quality customer service and precise

Qualifications

Refrigeration training and 2+ years of hands-on experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean record for at least 12 months.
Universal EPA Certification preferred.
Electrical and control troubleshooting experience required.
Willingness to pass a government background check.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain various laboratory equipment on-site at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with refrigeration and electronics.
Read wiring diagrams and use testing equipment to verify repairs.
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and document work performed.
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
Be available for occasional overtime and on-call duties.
