NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II for Cincinnati, OH. You will perform frontline field support, troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment on a flexible schedule, with emphasis on customer service and timely service delivery.

The role requires a HS diploma, US work authorization, 1+ year field service or related experience, and ability to travel. Expect paid training and a variety of shift blocks. Eligible for part-time benefits as listed by NCR Atleos.

• Deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts with accurate usage and documentation.

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support as directed.
• Provide basic status updates and participate in service coordination touchpoints.
