Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Honolulu, HI to service and repair printers, copiers, and related office technology across a local territory.

You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and train customers, document activities, and participate in safety and training programs while advancing your hands-on expertise with industry-leading equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier/office equipment
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships may offset required experience
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro‑mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance per Toshiba policy

Responsabilités

• Maintain, service, and repair printers and copiers at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals
• Complete service calls based on priority and manage schedule
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventive maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training; rebuild components in shop
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies

Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Field Service Technician II in Honolulu, HI.

You’ll work with industry-leading office technology while supporting customers throughout your assigned territory. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you’ll play a key role in keeping multifunction printers, copiers, and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments running at their best.

What you’ll do

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment, Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge systems, fingerprint equipment, or comparable products
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro‑mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business

Earn Well

• Hourly range $24.00-$28.00, depending on experience.
• Monthly Performance Based Technician Bonus - up to $6,000 per year-$450 per month, plus an accelerator.
• $1,000 sign on bonus
