NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and repair electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will perform maintenance, PM tasks, and system overhauls while delivering responsive service to major retail customers.

Qualified candidates are local to the area, authorized to work in the US, and able to travel. A valid driver's license, basic PC/electronic skills, and willingness to rotate shifts are required.

Formación

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity are required.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to travel and work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment (self-checkout systems) within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, PM work, and system overhauls to ensure uptime.
• Respond to customer calls promptly and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
