Job summary

Technical Safety Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site testing, calibration, and repairs in labs, pharmacies, and cleanrooms. You’ll travel daily, use a company‑provided vehicle, and work independently while building strong client relationships.

A high school diploma is required; a degree is a plus. Relevant customer service experience with some mechanical or electrical work helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree is a plus.
• Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn technical work.
• Good communication and basic math skills; comfortable with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across lab environments.
• Work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure quality work.
• Be the on-site main contact and build strong customer relationships.
• Complete reports and required paperwork to keep projects on track.
