Job summary

Technical Safety Services (TSS) is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform on-site testing, calibration, and servicing of lab equipment at customer facilities. You’ll travel within your territory, work independently, and be the main point of contact for clients on site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communication and basic math ability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites in assigned territory.
• Work independently in a company‑provided service vehicle.
• Perform testing, calibration, and repairs on lab equipment with attention to quality.
