Job summary

BlueFin, a GATE Energy Company, is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I for Lafayette, LA. You will support hydraulic bolt torquing, hydrostatic testing, line isolation, and field machining under supervision, while upholding BlueFin quality and safety standards.

Role requires willingness to travel across the United States and Gulf of Mexico, including overnight stays. High school diploma or GED and good communication skills are essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform field services as directed following SOPs and work plans.
• Service, maintain, repair, and test equipment and tools for pre/post jobs.
• Load/unload equipment and learn all field equipment used.
• Identify issues on the job and communicate effectively with team.
• Participate in JSEA writing for assigned tasks and follow safety standards.
