Job summary

NCR Voyix in Macon, GA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical self-checkout systems for major retail customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, perform installations and on-site repairs, and support a wide range of equipment within your territory.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the US, have a valid driver’s license, basic PC/electronic skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and hardware/OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
