Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support major retail customers. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory, with travel and rotating shifts included.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills are required.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotating shifts is needed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance (150 lbs with assistance).
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
