Qualifications

• 2 years of related field service experience.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety and hand tools.
• Basic wiring and cabling knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic pulls and installs independently.
• Strong communication skills and customer relations abilities.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to field requirements.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Install/pull Electrical Submersible Pumps and related equipment.
• Diagnose, recommend, and implement surface problem solutions (electrical, gas-locks, production).
• Safely operate vehicles and load/unload tools and equipment.
• Maintain truck mechanical performance for field transport.
• Adapt to changing job assignments and overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
• Complete daily hours timesheet and collaborate with customers.
• Train new hires and mentor junior technicians at wells.
• Perform on-site support under supervision and assist higher level technicians.
