This position requires daily travel to locations in and around Baltimore, MD, including the airport.
Education/Training: Associate’s Degree, related trade certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical), military training, or equivalent work experience (1-3 years in electrical or mechanical field service). Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and specialized software.
Experience: 1-3 years in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork, responsiveness, and willingness to travel on short notice.
Supervises: May supervise others on a project basis, though not a primary responsibility.
Background: Requires SSI access and TSA vetting; must pass a federal background check.
Typically at customer locations such as airports, correctional facilities, courthouses, or ships. May require SSI access and U.S. security clearance.
