Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks a field service technician to assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations. The role includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance, site surveys, and installations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position preferred.

• Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
• Demonstrates analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions

• Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.
• Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune‑ups, etc.).
• Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
