Job summary

Ray-Jurgen is hiring an experienced Field Service Technician to support our heavy-duty customers across Greater Boston, Rhode Island, and southern New Hampshire. You will service and repair large vehicle lifting systems used by transit agencies and fleet operators, with on-the-job training provided for our equipment.

A strong candidate will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and low-voltage electrical problems, communicate findings professionally to customers, and complete service documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in field service preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic approach for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service and repair on heavy-duty lifts.
• Learn installation procedures and participate in install projects.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues for customers and document findings.
