Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs by reviewing scopes, parts and tools.
• Service, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Maintain safe on-site practices and MSHA certifications.
• Document field reports and CRM entries.
• Provide on-site training to dealers and clients as needed.
• Coordinate travel and report tool repair needs.
