Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Science or Diesel Technology is required.
• 1 year of technician experience in heavy equipment or industrial equipment.
• Background check, pre-employment drug testing and clean driving record required.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license; DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, assemble and recondition equipment as assigned
• Diagnose basic problems and determine repairs with assistance as needed
• Research, identify, and order correct parts required to perform repairs using electronic parts manuals
• Perform inspections as required
• Maintain complete and detailed working records
• Maintain and care for all field truck tools, machines and equipment
• Travel as required
• Stay current with the latest trends and developments within your field and industry through training
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to policies
