Job summary

A leading technical services provider in Corona, California, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, technical services, and maintenance at customer sites. The role requires a strong knowledge of PLC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Candidates should have a technical or college degree and experience in the pharmaceutical or medical machinery sectors. Occasional travel is required, including potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC or equivalent service training.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively to support others.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide customer support and diagnose equipment problems.
• Work with minimal supervision from instruction manuals and blueprints.

Skills

Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC

Fundamental training in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic principles

Experience in field support technical service

Ability to read and work from blueprints and electronic schematics

Good computer skills
