Responsibilities

Provide professional service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections on gate operator systems, including motors, gears, photo eyes, sensors, control boards, wiring, and related components.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues affecting gate functionality.
Troubleshoot automated gate operators, access control systems, intercoms, keypads, card readers, loops, sensors, and associated equipment.
Replace defective parts and components to restore proper system operation.
Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as necessary to maintain or restore gate functionality.
Identify and resolve issues involving safety devices, photo eyes, sensors, loop detectors, control boards, and communication equipment.
