Flogistix, LP, a leading atmospheric solutions company specializing in wellhead and VRU compression, seeks an experienced Field Service Technician in Boyd, TX. You will maintain and repair natural gas compression units, focusing on GM 4.3L and 5.7L engines and Cummins 8.3/855 variants, with safety as a priority.

This role requires 3–5 years hands-on experience, field work up to 75%, and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of natural gas compression units.
• Experience with General Motors 4.3L and 5.7L engines and Cummins 8.3 and 855 engines is a plus.
• Must be able to operate safely in field environments and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and customer-site safety rules.
• Assemble equipment and mechanical components per specifications.
• Track inventory and charge out parts to maintain correct counts.
• Maintain a clean work area and properly care for the company vehicle and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on engines and related systems.
• Inspect units, run diagnostics, and perform repairs to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Keep logs of work performed and communicate issues to management.
