Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field technician to deliver, install, and maintain vending and fountain equipment at customer accounts. The role involves moving heavy machines (800–1200 lbs) and performing installations from start to finish, with emphasis on safety and DOT compliance.

Ideal candidates maintain accurate records, follow DOT regulations, and Educate customers on basic maintenance while building positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (21+ if CDL required).
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
• Follow DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load vending/fountain equipment for daily deliveries.
• Install vending/fountain equipment from start to finish.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Collect and document equipment information accurately.
• Maintain parts, tools, and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records for each delivery.
• Transport items such as compressors or cardboard for recycle.
• Ensure proper product mix and establish customer relationships.
• Maintain regular attendance.
