Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Field Services Technician to perform in-store and mobile sales, service and repair of products. You will diagnose and repair small engines, source and order parts, and maintain knowledge of our brands while traveling up to 50% locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines (2-year certification preferred).
• Ability to clearly explain the diagnosis and repair to customers.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for 110- and 220-volt electrical systems.
• Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 50% with overnight stays.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
