Job description

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00/hour. Paid OEM training. Paid travel. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision available from start. Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Vacation. Matching 401(k). Company credit card and travel perks/points.

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime and occasional on‑call.

MasterTech is searching for entry‑level Industrial Technicians near an international airport who are willing to travel extensively to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install and support mechanical and electrical components and systems on‑site, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair machinery; report issues and complete documentation.
• Conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming of equipment.
• Provide recommendations, conduct remote support, and maintain up‑to‑date training.

Qualifications

• Experience with printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding, or other printing/boxing equipment is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, AC & DC, and three‑phase wiring.
• Familiarity with SPS programming, automation technology, and drive technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills, communication, problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and documentation.
