Job summary

Circuit Check, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support its in‑circuit and functional test systems across North America. This full‑time role combines hands‑on electrical and mechanical work with customer interaction, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Preferred location is Maple Grove, MN or Burlington, Ontario, with remote candidates in the US or Canada considered. Travel up to 50% is required, including customer sites and training visits to Circuit Check

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical school or military electronics/mechanical training.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electronics/field service experience.
• High school diploma with 3+ years of technical work in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with ICT/ATE or production test environments; fault diagnosis and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote maintenance for ICT and functional test systems.
• Serve as primary technician during service visits with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Support remote diagnostics and collaborate with engineering.
• Assist in quoting, parts updates, and service recommendations.
• Provide customer training and documentation.
