Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve customers in the greater Tampa Bay and Sarasota/Bradenton areas. You will travel to client sites, diagnose, install, test, and repair equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough service.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical documents. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or related associates degree.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders and planning daily travel.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements and completing installation.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints and proposing improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Documents service actions by completing forms and reports.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
