Job summary

TOMRA North America is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain our reverse vending machines in the Taunton, Massachusetts region. You will travel to retail locations to analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair, or rebuild mechanical and electrical components, working with customers to address issues.

The role offers a company vehicle, paid training, and a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with rotating weekends; requires strong customer service, laptop proficiency, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, test, troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical components.
• Proficient with laptops and Windows OS.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to retail locations to analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair or rebuild machines.
• Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components of reverse vending machines.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and failures.
• Demonstrate strong safety and customer-service practices on site.
