About The Role

We are seeking a skilled technician with expertise in controls and automation to provide installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services. This customer-facing role involves working on various service projects, ensuring equipment functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical control systems, PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Providing on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
• Interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards.
• Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.
• Training customers and documenting service activities.
• Traveling extensively (75%-85%) across the US and internationally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manual documentation.
• HVAC certification and experience with Allen Bradley PLCs are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and entering confined spaces.

Note: This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing within the Eastern US region.
