This full-time role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose dock and door equipment issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance with an emphasis on reliability and quality workmanship. You will manage parts, inventory, and documentation, maintain the company vehicle, and support growth opportunities within a 100% employee-owned company that values hands-on training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or technical degree.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose dock and door equipment issues.
• Complete safe and efficient repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage parts and inventory and maintain your company vehicle.
• Complete all required documentation to ensure equipment is fully operational.
