That's what we offer!**Field Service Technician, Digital Jetfire**What we are looking for:**We are looking to employ a Field Service Mechatronic Technician. This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair work and customer training on all Heidelberg Digital products (primary Gallus One / Labelfire equipment). Technicians take ownership of each assignment and escalate to second level when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of the job.**What you will do:*** Perform Mechanical / Electrical troubleshooting, repairing, conduct maintenance & training on Digital printing equipment. In Warranty, Charge Service or Service Contract situations* Work with assigned qualified riggers to install new or used equipment that are sales generated.
