Job summary

You will diagnose on-site, troubleshoot, provide quotes, install dispensers, and maintain shop and vehicle readiness while upholding safety standards. A high school diploma is required; technical certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or factory certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office.
• Knowledge of general safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics, testing, and service on customer equipment and circuits.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve service requests promptly.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and error-free.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and follow all company service standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete work orders; provide quotes and upgrades when appropriate.
• Assist customers with equipment and parts inventory needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service shop and ensure vehicles are ready and maintained.
• Install chemical dispensing systems and related equipment for customer accounts.
