Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with crushing, screening, white paving and/or aggregate equipment.
• Proven experience diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems in field environments.
• MSHA Certification (or ability to obtain certification).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment.
• Provide on‑site support for troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and setup.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
