Job summary

WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform full-range repairs and service procedures on copiers and printers. A valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and stable work history with references are required.

Some lifting is necessary. You will troubleshoot, repair, and support office equipment, communicate with customers for satisfaction, and manage time and resources across the territory.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset.
• IT literate.
• Experience and training with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, and other manufacturers is desired.
• Production experience is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing options to solve unusual problems.
• Managing time, resources and territorial considerations.
