WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform full-range repairs and service procedures on copiers and printers in California and Nevada. A valid driver's license, clean DMV record, good communication skills and stable work history are required. Some lifting is necessary.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing office equipment, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing time and travel within territorial constraints.

Formación

• Mechanical and electrical mindset for field service work.
• IT literate with ability to troubleshoot computer-based systems.
• Experience or training with major copier/printer brands (Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark).
• Strong computer knowledge and stable work history.
