Job summary

Belt Power is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, repair, splice, and service conveyor belts and related equipment. You will travel to customer sites to perform on-site service and repairs, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and document service activities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with opportunities to learn in a team-oriented environment and contribute to uptime for clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing, conveyor systems, or related trades preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver?s license.
• Ability to travel and work overtime when needed.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, splice, and service conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance activities.
• Support customer maintenance teams during planned and unplanned service work.
• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work records.
• Deliver safe, professional, and customer-focused service.
