Bobcat of North Texas in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair equipment in the field, plan repairs, order parts, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering professional service.

We offer competitive pay, two weeks of paid time off after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field service experience, own hand tools, and can work independently on-site with a team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working as equipment technician.
• Able to work independently in a field environment.
• Contributes to teamwork and cooperation with parts personnel and other technicians.
• Spanish speaking is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and determine causes of failures in the field following guidelines.
• Repair machines and components in the field with high quality.
• Recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Plan methods and sequence of repairs.
• Pre-order parts and materials required for repairs.
• Perform repairs safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and records of time, parts, and purchases.
• Ensure records are legible and compliant with methods.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers professionally.
