Job summary

PriorityOne Group LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Commercial Equipment Technician (Refrigeration/Cooking) to repair, maintain, install and perform preventative maintenance on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. The role provides a company van, inventory, a work phone and iPad, with on-call duties and training opportunities.

Qualifications include valid driver's license and EPA universal refrigeration license, with preference for CFESA certification or Journeyman licenses.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to a schedule and standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to an established service schedule, company and factory standards and within acceptable time frames, and troubleshoot on location.
• Apply knowledge of products and seek additional training as appropriate.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed and submit orders to office personnel.
• Work closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of work.
• Maintain service vehicle in a clean manner, perform preventive maintenance and keep a vehicle logbook.
• Keep vehicle stocked with a sufficient supply of parts and tools.
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Train new employees and develop quality control training for Field Service Technicians.
